Rapper/actor/humanitarian 50 Cent was hospitalized last night after sustaining possible injuries to his neck and back.  According to thisis50.com the  SUV Fif was riding in on the L.I.E collided with a Mack truck. He was carried away on a stretcher to the nearest Queens hospital. 50 Cent and his driver were later released.
